Digital Adhesion Tester (Standard) 0–20MPa (0–3000psi)
De hechtingstester zal de adhesie-bindingssterkte van aangebrachte coatings met gemak en precisie meten. Het meet de adhesiebindingssterkte van aangebrachte coatings met gemak en precisie. Uitgerust met een GE Druck DPI 104 digitale manometer. Er zijn modellen beschikbaar met een intrinsiek veilige GE Druck DPI 104-IS digitale manometer (ATEX- en IECEx-goedkeuring).
De hechting wordt gemeten door de treksterkte op een Dolly gelijmd op het coatingoppervlak. De kracht wordt uitgeoefend door het midden van de Dolly door een hydraulisch geladen pen. Dit zorgt voor een precies centrale puntbelasting van de kracht.
Geleverd in een industriële draagtas met 5 platte dollies, zelfklevende, verwarmde Dolly Remover, Dolly Cleaning Tool, Dolly Plug. Kalibratiecertificaat met traceerbaarheid naar UKAS is een optionele extra.
Voldoet aan ISO 4624 en ISO 16276-1.
