Rohmann ELOTEST M2 Conductivity Kit – geleidbaarheidsmeter % IACS én coating diktemeter

De Elotest M2 Conductivity kit van Rohmann een lichtgewicht meetinstrument voor het bepalen van de elektrische geleidbaarheid van niet-ferromagnetische metalen volgens het wervelstroom principe. Het instrument bepaalt fysieke en technische materiaaleigenschappen. Het wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor het controleren van de kwaliteit van gefabriceerde producten, het testen van materiaalcombinaties en het sorteren van metalen en bepalen van legeringen en schroot. Andere toepassingen van de Elotest M2 Conductivity kit zijn te vinden bij het onderhoud van vliegtuigen, het bepalen van hitteschade en bij procescontroles productie en verwerking van metalen in de metallurgiesector.

Het instrument is te bedienen via een gestructureerd keypad met een duidelijke toewijzing van de functies. Hierdoor kunnen zelf onervaren gebruikers het instrument gebruiken, snel en betrouwbaar. De gebruiksvriendelijkheid is tevens ondersteund door de duidelijke tekstweergave in % IACS of MS/m op het display dat zelfs in direct zonlicht is af te lezen.

ELOTEST M2 V3 is ontworpen als ergonomisch ‘one-hand instrument’ . Het zwaartepunt ligt in de handpalm voor langdurig werk zonder vermoeidheid.

Conductivity Measurement

  • Measurement in % IACS or MS/m from 1 % IACS to 110 % IACS
  • Measuring frequency: 60 kHz
  • Calibration using 2 individually adjustable calibration points

Coating Thickness Measurement

  • Measurement of non-conductive layers on conductive non-ferromagnetic materials
  • Measurement range up to 1000 m or 40 mils

    for applications with hand-held probes for conductivity and layer thickness measurement.
