Rohmann ELOTEST PL650 Universeel digitaal eddy current test instrument

De recent geïntroduceerde Rohmann Elotest PL650 is een stand-alone of volledig te integreren 19″ wervelstroomapparaat van de laatste generatie. Dit multi-techniek wervelstroom platform heeft een volledig digitale signaalverwerking en biedt verschillende methoden voor signaalexcitatie en signaalanalyse. Denk aan conventionele / klassieke wervelstroomtesten, pulserende magnetisering, harmonische analyse, etc.. Op basis van een modulair hardwareplatform en een aangepaste softwareconfiguratie kunnen alle soorten wervelstroomtesten worden uitgevoerd: lasnaadcontrole, scheurdetectie, warmtebehandeling, materiaalverwisseling en slijpbrandtesten. Zowel manueel, semi-geautomatiseerd als volledig inline!

Een nieuwe dimensie van Eddy Current-testen, die niets aan de wensen over laat. Dit nieuwe, universele wervelstroomapparaat is een zeer innovatief, volledig digitale Eddy Current platform voor een breed scala aan toepassingen met een uitstekende  prestaties en betrouwbaarheid. Elotest \ PL650 is verkrijgbaar in verschillende behuizingen, afhankelijk van de toepassing. Een flexibel software- en licentiesysteem maakt het mogelijk om de capaciteit aan te passen of uit te breiden afhankelijk van de individuele testtaak.

Dankzij verschillende behuizings- en bedieningsconcepten, zoals de verbinding op afstand via de software en de computer van de klant, kan Elotest \ PL650 perfect worden geïntegreerd in geautomatiseerde inspectiesystemen en in bestaande testlijnen.

Elotest \ PL650 en elo\scan is een verbinding met een compacte robotunit, ontworpen om de meest uiteenlopende testtaken automatisch aan te pakken.

Elotest \ PL650 in combinatie met de universeel toepasbare scan\alyzer inspectie-, documentatie- en analysesoftware voor het snel en veilig maken van C-Scans.
